    There is a tombstone in the cemetery at St Breock:
    This stone is created to perpetuate the memory of Thomas Ham of Wadebridge in this parish who departed this life on the 6th day of June 1852 aged70years, also in memory of Sarah, wife of the above who departed this life September 9th 1856 aged 71.

    Note: the above is Leon Ham's transcription. The parish register definitely has Thomas' burial date as 8th August 1852 and his death date as 6th.
    Steve Hatton, the St Breock OPR, has checked the MIs (2003) and there is no gravestone existing now.
