    • Named as executrix in husband's will.

      Ruth died intestate before November 1715, her son Richard (the surgeon) was granted administration and her goods and chattels were valued at seven pounds thirteen shillings and tuppence. This document is partly in Latin and difficult to read, however the date that the list of goods had to be supplied by is the last day in November 1715. There is also a letter attatched to the documents dated 21 Oct 1715 that is very faint, however it appears to be an application for the administration.
