      Last will and testament of Mary Tyack of Relubbus in the parish of Saint Hilary, widow, hereby give devise and bequeath to my two daughters Mary andCatherine Tyack all my estate and effects both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and quality so ever on the followingtrust and provisions that is to say my will is that the House in which I now live shall be kept and remain as a house for my two said daughters oreither or the survivor of them till they are both married and that my son Joseph Tyack may live in the said house with them by paying for his Boardmonthly as at present this provision to cease at his marriage or that of his sisters as herein mentioned when he must leave the house and I herebydirect and authorise my daughters aforesaid to demand collect and receive any and all rents issues and profits arising out of or at any timebecoming due from my leasehold or personal estate and to pay there from all lawful charges and expenses but under no circumstances shall theymortgage sell or encumber them with debts or any liabilities whatsoever the remainder of the rents issues or profits so accruing shall be retainedby them or her my two daughters aforesaid or either of them that may be living in the house as herein before provided for their or her use andbenefit.
      I give and bequeath to my two daughters aforesaid absolutely for their own use and benefit to be divided equally between them immediately after mydecease all the remainder of my silver plate and my two Portraits.
      I give and bequeath to my son Joseph Tyack two silver table spoons the Bed and Bedding on which he now sleeps and the two leaved table in theKitchen. And it is my Will that in case of illness happening to my son Joseph Tyack during his residence with my daughters as herein provided heshall be attended to by them or her and assisted out of the means herein provided and placed at their disposal from the yearly Rentals whatever theymay be.
      And I further will and direct that from and immediatley after the marriage or decease of my two daughters aforesaid that all the rents issues andprofits arising out of and payable from my estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature and quality so ever shall beequally divided every year among my surviving children without power of mortgaging selling on in any way encumbering them with liabilities.
      And I do hereby nominate and appoint my two daughters aforesaid Mary Tyack and Catherine Tyack to be the Executrixes of this my will.
      In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this seventh day of March one thousand eight hundred and sixty four., Will
