Notes - Humphry's will of 13th October 1759 mentions:
"and to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner"
"And as for my temporal goods which the Lord hath in his mercy lent me I dispose of in the following manner
First I give to my sister Joan Pethick one shilling
To my son in law John Brook one shilling
To my daughter Grace Brook one shilling
To my grandson John Brook one shilling
To my daughter Susanna twenty pounds
To my daughter Mary twenty pounds
To my wife one bed performed, one iron pot, one puter [sic] plate, one puter platter and one pound and ten shillings to be hand paid her yearlyandevery year that she remaineth a widow after my decease by my executor
All the rest of my goods and chattels I give and bequeath to my son Humphry Mill whom I do hereby make my whole and sole executor of this mylastwill and testament.
Humphry is mentioned in his sister Mary's will of 1779 'brother Humphry Mill ten shillings and sixpence
and my brother's children that he had by his first wife two shillings and sixpence each."
