• Notes

  An Edmond Kenny aged 91 died at Fermoy 24 Jun 1801 and was buried at Castlehyde. Possibly Luke Kenny's father. There is a history of the Kenny family producing Head Gardeners to the aristocracy and gentry. It is thought that Luke Kenny MIGHT have held this position at Castle Hyde, seat of the Hyde family.
