Notes - Ann was left one shilling in her grandfather Richard Surgent's will of 1716.
Ann is the sole executrix of her husband Richard's will, 25th February 1765. She is left the house called Winsor or Winswood in Kilkhampton. Hedidnot die until 1787.
She had been married before to Richard Heddon and had 2 sons by him. It does not look like she and Richard had any children together.
Ann is also mentioned in her father Richard Surgent's will, 24th April 1765. She is left three plots of ground (part of Prestacott) twocalledLocksmodes[?] and 1 fold called the Ridgway [?]. She was to pay the hayrent and the rest of the taxes of the estate called Prestacott.
