Notes - An update to the family tree that I should have mentioned before is the death of my first cousin, John Calvin Cassey, Jr. on 2 OCT 1998. He died at age 47 from colon cancer, leaving a wife Jeannie Jinkner Casey and two children, Andrew and Jamie. He retired due to his illness as the vice president of the YMCA of Wilmington, Delaware. He had worked for the Y for 21 years after receiving his BS in Psychology from Grove City college and his Masters from West Chester University. Services and burial were at Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church where he had been an elder in Wilmington Delaware.
He was my favorite cousin, as we were the same age and he was always so much fun. Every old photo that I have of when we were kids, I'm right next to him smiling. My aunt and uncle still haven't quite gotten over it. In his last year I sent him the genealogical stuff on our family and he was thrilled with what Moira and I were coming up with. This is before I met you and for some reason just wasn't ready to talk about his death. I drove the 6 hours to Delaware for his funeral and most of the other cousins were there which was nice.
